Top Texas Higher Education Institutions on Twitter
The top 10 higher education institutions (public universities, private universities, public-health related institutions, community colleges) will be honored at the 5th Annual Texas Social Media Conference in Fort Worth, Texas on Friday, November, 6.
Fort Worth, Texas - The Texas Social Media Research Institute (@TSMRI) will present statewide social media awards (according to Klout Score and number of followers) at the 5th Annual Social Media Conference (#TXSocialMedia) in Fort Worth, Texas on Friday, November 6, 2015. The following criteria were utilized to determine the top higher education institutions: included on the “Texas Higher Education Data - List of Higher Education Institutions” page, Klout (influencer) score of at least 45 (according to Twitalyzer), and number of followers. The Texas Social Media Research Institute (TSMRI) is located at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. The institute includes faculty, staff, and student social media researchers.
